Cost quite a bit? Compared to what? If you compare the price to other apps on the App Store, sure. But, on it’s own, a very inexpensive business solution for people on the go. Can’t even get a very nice lunch for the price of the app.

trust me, you notice the lag difference and extra options with a $5 app, to the $25 app

Why not try RemoteTap? It only works on macs but it’s a fifth of the price and is also full featured

I have a need I already pay for the service on multiple pc but to have to pay so much for the app also is kinda rediculous, I’m gonna cancel one of my subscriptions, use the free service and buy it that way

Jaadu does not rely on a 3rd party server like which Logmein requires.
However Jaadu does require you to open a port in your firewall and do port forwarding on the router. However if one is not able to that, e.g. Corporate IT policy,
Logmein may be a better option for these situations.

Why not just wait for the jailbreak for iPod Touch 2G and get this for free? It’s a different name I think, but you can get it free on the Installer.
June 12th, 2010 at 7:04 pm
Wait, what does that mean, you don’t have to be on the same network?
I’m looking btwn this and Jaadu, but if this is a significant difference I might go with this.
thx
